This is it, folks!

Just as all good things must come to an end, so must all great! things like this great! contest. (I emphasize great! just in case you didn't know how truly great! it is.)

The great!est part about it is how many of you stuck with it! Really, Holly and I are totally impressed. Thank you for sticking with us.

And now for the fun part--weigh in! Post your weight in the comments, and tell us what you're most proud of from the contest.

Down to 176 from 180. I guess the thing I'm most proud of is that I've become pretty consistent with exercising since this contest began. I'm hoping to continue it despite the contest being over. *sob*

Is there an award for staying the same weight consistantly and never changing up or down?
I'd be a shoe-in' for it.
200 again.

175. Same as always. I have really had fun reading all of the comments over the past few weeks. Thanks Sarah and Holly for organizing this. Congrats to everyone regardless of how much you gained or lost. Thanks for showing up each week and your willingness to put your weight in black and white for everyone to see.

Even though I am far from winning this competition it has inspired me to go back to Weight Watchers. Watch out everyone; if this contest ever happens again I am going to blow it out of the water.

138.2 (I started the contest at 140.4), so I'm thankful that I actually lost some weight--although it's been a roller coaster (I specialize in that kind of behavior, though). :) The thing I'm most proud of is that I've continued to walk to do my errands. I even walked in the rain yesterday. Yay! :)

295. Holding steady with a 5 lb weightloss (started at 300 lbs).

I think that I have learned that I need to be more conscious of what I eat and when I eat. And then be more conscious of when my body is full. Plus exercise, blah, blah, blah.

151.6. That's down a grand total of 5.4 pounds. woo hoo!

The thing I'm most proud of is that I have gained a little control over what I eat. I stop and think about what I'm about to eat, and sometimes I actually put down the food instead of running to a secluded corner and quickly shoving it in my mouth before anyone can notice I've run off with the treats again. Seriously though, I'm feeling like I'm gaining a little control over food.

178. I think I lost a pound, but still better than a gain in the end. I think I am most proud of coming off of the holidays with out a lot of extra weight to try to get rid of. I stayed close to where I started and can hopefully work on going down from here. AND found a fun new blog to read.

I am most proud that I am now at the lowest weight I've been in almost 4 years.

I'm loving reading everyone's accomplishments! Keep 'em coming.

186. That's down 3.

I am proud that I made it through the Christmas season without eating everything I saw.

If you know anyone who needs to weigh in today and may have forgotten, send them an e-mail/IM/text on our behalf, OK?

136.8. Woo Hoo, what did I win?!? =)~

I am most proud of getting into the 130's... finally. And I am now the same weight as I was when I got pregnant with my first son. Too bad my body looks nothing like it did at that time. ::sigh:: Did I just turn my Proud Moment into a Depressing Moment?

154! 6 pounds lost in all. I have to give you girls a BIG shout out! I probably would have gained this holiday season had I not had the contest forever lingering in my mind! Thanks a ton!!

I am 193 today, I am not sure what my starting weight was around 199/200. Since joining the challenge my husband and I have been meeting with a trainer once a week, working out 3-4 times a week, and have journalled every bite I have taken since 12:01, 1/1/2009.

My first goal is to hit 189 and I am going to purchase new eye glasses, I wear contacts daily and realized I haven't had new glasses in 9 years. No prescription changes.

I forgot to say what I'm most proud of.
I'm proud that I actually weigh less, which never happens when I join a contest. I usually gain weight.

I stayed the same this week, so a total loss of 9 pounds!

total loss of 4.5. I'm not a winner, but like many others I have become much more aware of what I eat. Thanks for keeping me accountable. I just joined a Biggest Loser challenge at church that won't end till the spring, so I plan on being svelte and speedy by the time softball season rolls around:)

165.4 - down 4+. I joined WW and started journaling again....it has been a good thing.

I ended at 199.5! Breaking down below 200 (even if it is only .5 pound under) feels like I crested a hill. A mountain! I am proud that after not being able to workout for the first half of the contest, that I rocked it the second half and got my sweat on and started to watch the numbers actually go down. Working out works.

Start Weight 186.5
Ending Weight 182.5
Lost 4 pounds. I'm proud that I said no to dessert more that 10 times! If it's not a brownie don't even tempt me.

154 lbs. So down 10 pounds.

I am proud that I didn't gain any weight during my stay in Utah, because I ate at every restaurant on my list. Including Crown Burger.

I did not lose. In fact, I gained three pounds, but thank you to both of you so much for having this contest. You are great writers and friends and I loved coming to this site every week! Take care!
