Contest Day 36 (really?)--Weigh-in

You know the drill. 

I'll be back when it's actual morning and not fake morning (12:14 am) to post my weight.

197.4 I think that's down.
Things I did right this week, 4 workout classes. Took cardio kickboxing last night and thought it would kill me.

I also added weight training to my rountine, and I actually followed through with it, I never do that!

Ugh, Friday again..heh, that is the first time I have dreaded Friday. I am at 175.

My new training program is really kicking my behind. I thought I was going to pass out last night. That is how you know it was a good session.

No way no how am I getting on a scale right now. I just spent all day in the car after spending 3 days on a trip with the fam after spending 30 hours traveling (14 in the air, 16 in airports waiting for either a flight or baggage that never showed). Good times. I'll weigh in tomorrow, even though I'm sure it still won't be pretty.

187. Down 3 (or 3.5?) from last week. I can't remember my original starting weight. I'm still close to it, though.
Where's my winning spirit?

Woo! Turns out I'm down 2 pounds from day 1 of the contest. Must be all that whining I'm doing.

Even without much loss, I feel a lot better when I exercise, which I'm consistently doing 5 or so times/week

Down a total of 6 pounds! Sure helped to get home and start pooping again.

Watch out fellow competitors! I just may break out all the stops and shave my legs before the final weigh in!

150.0 - That's right, I'm .5 lbs. OVER my starting weight. Ack!!

Oh well, I'm doing better now and expect an actual LOSS next week. :)

139.0 - and No, I'm not lying!! I finally started Weight Watchers with the New Year, and amazingly, I've stuck to it! I finally got out of the 140's... whew, that was depressing for awhile there.

151, that's up 2 from my starting weight, but down from last week.

What I did right? Went back to journaling my food. Oh, yeah, that really works.

I think there is another reason that I'm gaining weight and I don't think it has to do with my careful eating. If I'm right, we're in for a BIG surprise this fall....

I am down 1.9 this week, bringing my total since the contest began to 7.4!

I have been dieting since Halloween and I have lost 18, I so want to break 20 this week!

Posting late, but at 180. Maybe by the end of the week I will at least have lost a little from where I started!! Better than gaining at the holidays though!
